Self-Talk

What kind of thoughts go through your head on a regular basis?

As today’s quotation from the Buddha says, “What we think, we become.”

If your self-talk — the thoughts that run through your mind each day — are negative, you’ll feel bad about yourself and your life.  You won’t feel happy.

You need to change your self-talk so that it’s more positive.  When you find negative thoughts creeping into your mind, let them go and replace them with positive thoughts.

Don’t beat yourself up for having negative thoughts — that happens to all of us.  Instead, gently push those negative thoughts from your mind with the positive thoughts.

The more you keep positive thoughts in your mind, the happier you’ll be.
